This women’s day, we called an expert to train Women patients, relatives and staff for SELF DEFENSE Techniques by Mr Ashish, Mr Raj and Ms Meenakshi. Icing on the cake was a session by an experienced grooming Expert , Mrs Mamta. A well spent Womens day full of Faith-Courage-Strength-Empowerment-Respect

The festive gathering brought about many laughs and comfort in each other’s company for our patients. A mid-afternoon dance party set the tone, followed by the sharing of inspirational stories. With the mood visibly buoyed, a session of interactive games book-ended this uplifting event.

On a peaceful Sunday morning, the 29th of November, the H.O.P.E. clinic was bubbling with positivity and optimism. The event began with a positive & lively discussion on what ‘cancerism’ means in a sociological aspect for patients and ways to help remove this prejudice from society. Following that was a side-splitting session of laughter yoga and a stand-up comedy set, both by famed comedian Papa CJ.
